ok well i have a program called veoh tv but in order to use it i need a us proxy and i have no idea how to use them so if anyone could help that would be awesome thank you in advance

I'm not exactly sure all of what you're asking, but ill try my best. Typicaly a proxy is a go between. you -us proxy - veoh, thus it appears to veoh that you're connecting from the usa.
I doubt if anyone that has a proxy here would let you use it seeing that you're a very new member
however, google is you friend. just search for proxy lists and you will find sites dedicated to listing free open proxies.
one more problem to address...bandwidth - I've tried proxing a/v content, it doesn't go over so well, its just too much data. proxies are usually designed for www, txt et cetera.
