Interactive Networks Inc. (INI) recently released Instan-t Messenger 5.0 BETA, the newest available version of their signature multi-protocol instant messenger.
Featuring an array of improvements and brand new features, Instan-t Messenger continues to easily communicate users with their MSN Messenger, AIM, Yahoo! Messenger, ICQ and Instan-t contacts, now also offering interoperability with Google Talk (Jabber). Users may also select a picture to display as their own (or opt for a webcam stream in its place), group all conversation windows into one through a new tab system, sort their contacts by network or status, search for specific contacts on their lists, create custom status messages, rename contacts and more.
Instan-t Messenger 5.0 BETA is offered free-of-charge through INI's Research and Development Site (INI Labs), as part of the company's ongoing program where users can participate in the creative process and continuous improvement of the company's many products.
