I have many people in my contact list in outlook, as well as their spouses.
For example, my friend and his wife are both contacts, and each has their own cell phone, email, birthday, etc.

Is there a way to link them, so if I was to do a mail merge, they could be linked together?

Also, is there a way to create a separate contact list that "shortcuts" back to the original contact. I am making a holiday card list, and if I update a contact, I don't want to have to remember to copy/paste that person to another contact list. I have done a category for holiday card, but then I am also present with the aforementioned problem of contacts that I want to link
