Correct. This thread is about Internet Explorer 8.
I really hope they'll add more customization options to it. Not as in themes, icon packs or anything like that, but more of what tools and buttons you want enabled and not.
Add that, and pure CSS2/3 and XHTML compilance, and they have a strong contestor to Opera 9. Will have to wait and see what Opera 10 has to offer, however...

All I want is more compliance with standards, while maintaining current IE compatibility. Some plugin support would be nice, but FF has that market covered (actually, it's gone a bit TOO far - there's so many now it's getting hard to find what's new and good because there's so much crap rolling each day).
As for the UI, remember MS doesn't pack in the new UI on major projects until Beta 2, so it's not likely to look like that link in final.
