Does it behave normally if you take the new RAM back out?
How much RAM is/was in it before/after the latest upgrade?
Are you absolutely sure the bottle neck requires RAM?
Bad stick of RAM? Does the program work off a license that relies on hardware? If it does, a hardware change could affect the license of the software thinking that it has been transferred to another computer (the same with Windows). Might be something to look at.

well the weird thing is that, i took the new ram off and put the original ones back, but the error still appear, and we already added ram before and the earlier ram wasn't original HP ram module, and nothing like this happend, anyway they mentioned about the error in HP site and i am trying to get the updated proliant software, right now i think of uninstall there software, by theway i have it running now by a funny trick i go to the server login fast and kill the services which looks related to this service and its didn't halt after that but right now i don't want to play with it cause i have about a 600 home folders loaded from this server.

It's stuff like this that makes me glad I recommend Dell Servers.
BSOD the box because of a friggin licensing issue Yeish! Why can't they just use a session limit or nag screen like normal people?!?

I got it resolved simply by removing there lovely software and reboot the server, thanks to HP they have some nice developers, i can imagine this developer when he thought ah people gonna attach a non HP RAM so i have to use the halt Windows function to reboot the server for them.
