Last summer, Adobe made a big splash with its Creative Suite 3 collection of software, which included the first major updates of popular titles like Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, Flash, and Dreamweaver since the company acquired Web-design powerhouse Macromedia.

This summer, Adobe is already looking ahead to Creative Suite 4, and has released three new beta versions of CS4 software for the Dreamweaver Web-site builder, the Fireworks image editor, and the audio-production tool Soundbooth.

The beta versions will work for 48 hours for everyone. After that, registered users of CS3 products can request a beta serial key that will extend the life of the beta versions until the release of CS4.

One has to wonder, just how many features can they add before they run out?

Fireworks and Dreamweaver CS4 ... yummy.
I wonder if those are 64-bit compiled?
