thanks a lot
i'm sorry just realize after i posted it, admin please help me post it to software windows section!!!

Hey tinytinyme, I would suggest re-burning the disc or trying another copy of XP. I'm wondering if there is a corrupt file somewhere during the copy/bootup process.
Or you may have bad RAM.

You simply need a program to wipe Vista partition off first. Any Linux disc will/can do this.
Or, I use the heck out this,

Obviously, your copy of XP is damaged!
1) Get a fresh copy of XP from the Internet; preferably with SP3 slipstreamed on it.
2) Burn it onto a CD, NOT using Nero... (now and then, Nero does weird things to bootable CD's).
3) Insert the CD into your computer, and boot from it.
4) Choose a partition and DELETE it first. Next create a new partition (to discard all the old VISTA crap).
5) Install XP onto the newly created partition.
Success!
