I noticed in Active Directoy, while checking out a computer's properties, there is a property called Managed By. You can load this with an Active Directory search.

I am wondering how this property is commonly used and leveraged? Or is it just for inventory/audit purposes?

So far, my tests say no.

My theory was that if we assigned a user to a computer, then we manage the group based on users
