Hi guys, i have a weird new problem with exchange, well our domain controller got a hardware failure so i seized the five roles to another domain controller ( seized using ntdsutil not transfered), and finally i added a record in dns take old domain controller to the new one, its worked fine and people back to login normally, but i noticed something that exchange information store service didn't start so i tried to reboot and its worked fine, i didn't think of checking the exchange any further, but some days later we noticed something, old users working fine no problems they can open there mail boxes, send and receive with no problem, but any new user cannot have a mailbox, when i create the mailbox its created with success, but when i try to configure outlook i receive this error:


I checked the exchange logs and i think its reveal the problem:


I tried to move the domain controllers automatic discovery and adding them manual to exchange but its didn't help neither, any ideas?

Thanks to ALLAH, got it fixed by changing the domain controller in recepient update policy
